          て使用したレートと同一の、               2020  年７月１日の株式会社三菱              UFJ  銀行による対顧客電信直物売買相
          場の仲値である１ドル＝             108.12   円のレートで行われている。

     １【提出理由】

      当社は、金融商品取引法第24条の５第５項および第７条第１項に基づき、2020年７月10日に提出

     した同法第24条の５第４項ならびに企業内容等の開示に関する内閣府令第19条第１項および第２項
     第12号および第19号の規定に基づく臨時報告書の訂正報告書を提出するものである。
     ２【訂正内容】

      訂正箇所は下線で示している。

     (3)   Effect    of the  event   on  the  non-consolidated          and  consolidated       profit/loss      of the  Company:

     

     BP's   impairment      and  intangible      assets    assessments       are  in  progress     and  it is not  possible     at this  time   to
     precisely     determine      the  impact    of  the  revised    impairment      testing    price   assumptions,       or  the  outcome     of  the
     assessment      of intangible     assets,    on  the  group's    financial     statements.
     However,     BP  estimated     as at 14  June   2020,   that  non-cash,     pre-tax    impairment      charges    against    property,     plant

     &  equipment      (PP&E)     in  the   range    of  $8  billion    (Yen    864,960,000,000)          to  $11   billion    (Yen
     1,189,320,000,000),           and   write-offs      of  exploration       intangibles       in  the   range    of  $8  billion    (Yen
     864,960,000,000)         to $10  billion    (Yen   1,081,200,000,000),           will  be  reported     in its  Extraordinary       Report    and
     Semi-annual       Foreign    Company     Report    2020.
     BP  estimated     as at 14  June   2020,   that  the  aggregate     second-quarter        2020   non-cash,     post-tax    PP&E   impairment

     charges    and  exploration      intangible     write-offs     will  be  in the  range   of $13  billion    (Yen   1,405,560,000,000)          to
     $17.5   billion    (Yen   1,892,100,000,000).
     

     BP's   consolidated       reported     loss  for  the  second-quarter        of fiscal   2020   was  approximately        $16.8   billion    (Yen
     1,816,416,000,000).           This   loss  included     approximately        $9.2   billion    (Yen   994,704,000,000)         of  post-tax     non-
     cash   impairments       across    the  group   largely    arising    from   the  revisions     to its  long-term     price   assumptions       and
     approximately        $1.7   billion    (Yen   183,804,000,000)         of the  post-tax    non-cash     exploration      write-offs     treated    as
     non-operating        items.    In  addition,     BP  also   reported     post-tax     non-cash     exploration      intangible      write-offs      of
     approximately        $6.5   billion    (Yen   702,780,000,000)         principally      resulting     from   the  review    of  BP's   long-term
     strategic     plans   and  revisions     to long-term     price   assumptions.
